7 tips to enjoy your summer vacation

Summer is the perfect season to enjoy the sea, swimming and exposure to the sun rays that gives you warmth and makes you more active and energetic. As the sun increases vitamin D and thus strengthens bones, kills bad bacteria and improves mood, but before heading to the beach or swimming pool, there are some tips that you should follow in order to enjoy your summer vacation:
